If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us. We offer a "No Risk Return Policy" to ensure that every experience with us is positive. 

Returns for Online and B2B Purchases 

Return Period: You have 5 working days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. 

Condition of Product: To qualify for a return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received. 

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 35% will apply if more than one item is returned. This fee helps cover the logistical costs of restocking and processing multiple items. 

Return Process: 

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary documentation. 

Shipping: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. 

Inspection: Upon receipt, items will be inspected to confirm their condition. 

Credit Issuance: If the returned item meets our conditions, a credit will be issued to your in-house account. This credit can be used for replacement items or saved for future purchases. 

Items Not Eligible for Return 

Any item that has been ordered specifically and customed designed and built. E.g. fabric colour. 

Non-Returnable Condition: Any items that are not returned in new condition (have been used), will be deemed non-returnable. This includes items that are damaged, used, or have compromised packaging. 

Additional Information 

Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which protects your right to return defective goods.
